1 May is a Labour day or a Worker s day But in European cultures there is also another tradition a May tree or a Maypole When a boy wants to impress a girl he and his friends go into the forest and chop down a tree remove the bark except a little on top they tie ribbons on top and the boy writes a ribbon note to the girl At night on May 1st they plant the tree in her backyard without her knowing Maybe this is my May tree I just have to reach the note on the top somehow but it s so tall even my platform high heels are not high enough Maybe someone wanna help me if I undress under the tree Happy 1 May festival
