Good morning Started the day with a wholesome routine reading meditation outside walk yoga It takes me a while to get adjusted to the new day I m actually back on my couch with a coffee and waiting for my vegan sausages to cook in the oven I m keeping the red leggings on just in case I m inspired to do a few KM on the exercise bike but my groggy brain seems to be longing for a lazy day
