JUMPSCARE WARNING WHEN YOU SWIPE A vulnerable post please be kind Weight update I ve lost a total of 27 pounds so far It sometimes doesn t feel like I ve lost anything or even look like there is a difference in my eyes I m so focused on the parts of me that I dislike most of the time like my stretch marks or the pudge on my stomach that I forget that I ve lost almost 30 pounds But 30 pounds is a big number And i know a lot of you guys are out there on weight loss journeys too so I just wanted to put out this post to let you know that you re doing great and don t let your body dysmorphia and insecurities keep you down and discourage you from continuing to do what s best for you And that goes for all of you on the opposite side of the fence too I know many people struggle with weight gain aswell and it can be a real struggle but I m proud of you all for doing what you can do to take care of yourselves the best you can in today s difficult times You re all awesome lots of love P s I was so insecure at my highest weight that the only image I could find that wasn t hiding what my stomach actually looked like was a VERY short part of a custom I made a while back which is where that image came from That s why it s blurry and not a good image
