There is so much information one can read by looking at the human body Here s me 62kg on the way down to 54kg Wednesdays I love to hit the female sauna where I m only doing 2 rounds of 10 minutes Getting my body used to the stress of cutting weight Also it s a nice easy way to sweat mid week over having to sit on the bike and sweat or something more taxing for my body Then I carry a heap of ice to my room and chill out in the tub keeping my muscles happy Does anyone want to be my sauna buddy
