Painting with Faye Part 1 Let me take you along on the journey of creating some art My painting process is not something I have shared with you before but it is something I get asked about a lot Painting holds a very special place in my heart and I am excited to let you experience that with me It is a new year and there is no better way to start it off than a new art project in this series you will get to watch me create one of my paintings each step of the way In this part I fine tune my colour pallet mixing and swatching until I am happy with the colours I will be working with For me a good colour pallet sets the tone and expectations I have for a painting since I never really go in with much of a plan Watch as I use my air compressor to spread around the first layer of paint This is my all time favourite way to move the paint around and cover a large amount of canvas in very little time Stay tuned for the next part of this series where I show you how I plan out what I want the finished painting to look like and start adding layers I hope you enjoy
