I think there is missing some goofy dough on this wall ehm i will use rest of this post again as a journal so dont read if you love your time I just had a urge to share Last month and half I spent in meditation centre doing yoga and meditating AND eating vegan food nothing against vegans but I was previously used to pretty low carb healthy and balanced diet The vegan food I ate was unfortunately carbs-only and not balanced at all so my system got in past weeks really shocked I even discovered some allergy on soy and legumes yay plus all that vegan food made me loose muscles and on other hand also gain fat luckily I am back to my diet exercising bit and slowly getting my muscles and big butt back DD so I hope you enjoy the view and my cat
