No edit just a candid shot hiking the Austrian mountains See full photoshoot from this week and yoga flow on p teron top tiers coming soon link in socials The last week I ve been back in Austria It s been beautiful to visit one of my fav countries in the world amp where my daughter was b rn The week has been full Starting with 20hrs of travel amp ending with a combined thirty forty party on arrival Jet lag has been hanging around all week like a bad smell but early morning training sessions are easy cause of it The first days I went to a Stiermark Therme enjoying the magic of saunas amp their health benefits As I looked around the sauna I counted I was sitting with thirty four other naked souls that I didn t know Yet I felt more comfortable then I did down at South Pointe in Miami with all the incredible skilled athletes showing their skills I realized this was because nobody was on show everyone was simply just being human You see life is about the stories amp labels we use we try to box everyone into them Yet the human experience is unique amp no 2 hold the same meaning or experience even if doing the same thing or seeing the same thing The bodies I saw in the sauna were all beautiful to me because they were at peace with who they are I only wish I could capture the beauty of humans being comfortable in their skin in words so we could change the stories we hold of shame body image amp s3xuality about ourselves other more amp on social media Ive also been hiking on the mountains amp took naked photography on beautiful mountains tops amp by a gorgeous Almh tte inspired by michelle_yogogirls and keatonhanson I ve dr nken way too many schnapps amp had a few J germeister they call is medicine here lol Eaten Leberk se mohnflesserl amp Brezel endlessly I met Laines new cousin b rn in the bathroom she came so quick She was on the local news because home birthing in Austria isn t common I ve had a wicked cold that s kept me feeling under the weather and not as spiritly as I would like Being in Austria has tested me to remember all the german I once used regularly amp I ve heard so many different dialects my head is spinning in confusion A few days left to enjoy so until then have a great rest of the week love to you all Bis Bald
