Can you believe I fit in that tiny hoop Haha My tiny hoop is the only apparatus I don t teach lessons on it s a one of a kind custom fabrication created my me This thing is my baby It s very special to me I worked very hard for years to invent all the moves I m able to do on it For anyone else to even begin to learn this they would have to have an incredible amount of dedication and time on their hands I ve worked myself to the bone to get where I am with my athletic artistry I have calloused farmer hands from years of gripping the bar and callouses on the tops of my feet as well form years of repetitive use I m quite proud of them too it s a reminder of how hard I ve worked as an aerialist to become coach to other budding artists I teach teens at a dance school it s so rewarding helping those kids gain skills to feel confident about themselves I only wish I had been able to start this when I was that age I had no idea my body could even do this till my 20s I can only imagine where my little students will be when they grow up
