This is such a dark day on the internet for me Imagine spending 6 years of your life being the biggest cheerleader to theChive promoting them everywhere commenting positive things nonstop supporting other Chivettes by creating our weekly chivette challenges I ve given my absolute heart and soul to that website To have them slam the door in my face The Editor-In-Chief there temp banned me and a bunch of others for not liking his post featuring an OnlyFans 001 millionaire instead of a Chivette As someone who comments there everyday lots of Chivers were like uhhhh whattt when they heard about the ban When they defended me he temp banned them too Then when the grumbling continued he permanently banned me and anyone that supported me He created this narrative where I was calling for threats to him I WOULD NEVER DO SUCH A THING that I was harassing Chivettes WHATT that that was I preventing Chivettes from joining theChive WHAT and that I was spewing hate speech WHAT My Disqus comments are out there for anyone to see and none of these things ever happened Now John just posted a gallery called If you lean into your darker tendencies you get the ban hammer that uses all those false narratives to justify the banning of this Chivette and many Chivers who couldn t believe what was happening The real story is that Ben just has a fragile ego and can t handle criticism Truly No other editor would ever go nuclear for just not liking a post and a little ribbing for the temp bans TBH I think Ben wrote John s post and just submitted it to John for approval because it sounds like exactly Ben s style of writing but who knows I think that for Ben to justify getting rid of long-time Chivers he didn t like he had to invent this crazy narrative to get people to go along with it I just can t believe that after all this time they d tar and feather me like this in such a deceptive way Why would you break my heart like this theChive
