Weekly check ins Mini cut is going well I believe this is the leanest i ve been since I prepped 2 years ago also the biggest Weight has dropped to 164 this morning I m just hoping i ve earned a free meal for my birthday tomorrow I m not too keen on missing a birthday meal during the off season because to me that s what prep is for missing out on life lol We will see what coach says Have mercy for my morning look I slept maybe 4 hours
