Poly-travel After we couldn t find a place to stay overnight in the Buddhist temple we went to the nearest Catholic church it was huge in the photo but it turned out to be completely empty and there was only one priest there who also refused us a place to stay but gave us 10 dollars for a hotel It was very kind of him and we drove on It was already night and lightning was flashing and we didn t know where to go since there were no hotels nearby on the map Suddenly we heard someone shouting to us from the side of the road We stopped and in the darkness we saw a local small store selling fruits and vegetables It was a local family sitting at the table eating and drinking We don t know how they guessed that we needed a place to stay overnight but they invited us to the table and fed us for free It was a big family about ten people but none of them spoke English but they were so hospitable that they offered us to spend the night at their house in a hammock in the yard and after a wonderful dinner and lots of drinks Miguel played songs for them on the guitar and we all sang songs together and then fell into a deep sleep to set off again tomorrow P S We can t publish all the photos and videos here so we will publish them on our social media
