Hey Today I ll share my story about how I started going to the gym and fell in love with it It all began a long time ago I did dancing for about 11 years and then stopped Luckily even after a long break my body stayed in decent shape Maybe it s genetics or maybe those dance years paid off Then 2-3 years ago I started going to the gym and working with a trainer Honestly I didn t get back into sports to transform my body but just to mix up my routine especially during the cold season I also got lucky with my trainer he figured out how to work with me and after every session I d see small but real progress Slowly I got into it Now if I skip even one workout I feel like I m missing out on something important for my health and mood
