Woke up today with a cup of cappuccino and my favorite playlist nothing feels better than starting the morning slow before diving into a busy day Spent a couple of hours at my desk catching up on uni work because helping people is my dream and I want to be ready for it Later I squeezed in a yoga session and felt so grounded after It s amazing how much clarity movement can bring Then I met up with friends at our favorite little caf we ended up laughing so hard over a silly game of cards Of course my little cat kept me company through all of it he s always there to make me smile with his mischievous little antics Tomorrow s plan More studying obviously but I m treating myself with a dance class on heels in the evening Can t wait to feel strong and confident even if it s just for an hour Life can be chaotic sometimes but I try to balance the hustle with moments that feel like me
