had a growth ultrasound and routine prenatal visit today baby is nice and healthy head down measuring in at about 5lbs 12oz currently and has a strong heart rate of around 120bpm know that we have a good idea of baby s size my plan for birth is to hopefully try for a vaginal birth waiting for labor to naturally induce and my water to break due date isn t until feb 4th but baby could come any day now
