first good belly pics I ve taken since my surgery I think I m a little bloated here I ve trained my capacity back up with pretty big meals and had average of 3k calories every day last week Going to continue 3k a day and be more consistent to see if I continue to maintain or gain a little my hair and skin definitely are benefiting from the extra fat in my diet and my ass too as you can see Macros meal tracking is the very last pic Comment if you want me to add 1 or 2 small redeemable treats for tomorrow after my lymphatic massage always tempted to get a Costco hot dog hehe Going back to sleep for a little but ill respond to DMs when I wake up
