Morning is a special time and I try to make it as pleasant as possible The first thing I do is turn on my favorite music Nothing lifts my mood like energetic tunes that make me dance right in the kitchen Next I make myself breakfast It can be something simple like oatmeal with fruit or a smoothie but I always try to add something delicious and healthy Cooking isn t just about food it s also about taking care of yourself After breakfast I set aside time for a little exercise or stretching It helps me wake up definitively and energize me for the day And of course I don t forget about my goals for the day I try to write them down so I m clear on what I want to accomplish This helps me stay focused and motivated I will write a sequel to this post a little later
