The other day I ventured out and signed up for a dance class and it was incredible What I loved about it First of all the atmosphere The music the movements and the very energy all around energized me with positivity and inspiration And I also discovered that dancing is a great way to express yourself and a way to get rid of stress But it hasn t been without its challenges Not all the moves were easy and at times I had to work hard to make it work Sometimes it was hard not to be nervous when things didn t come out right away but who says you can t get out of your comfort zone I m looking forward to the next lesson How do you feel about dance
