Hey I think many of u saw I went to play big tennis the other day I never learned how to play it before Didn t even try Only maybe played table tennis before I learned fast it s not that hard But big tennis is really different from table tennis the field is much bigger and u need to run a lot U have to be physically strong to do that I do sports and all been training for a while but I still need to work on my endurance for running But the more I train the better it gets I ll keep working I tried for the first time three days ago I really liked it It s a super cool way to reset the body the brain even the eyes U focus on the ball all the time and it s actually good for the eyes too At the first lesson I was learning to hit with both my right and left hand We played on a small field so it wasn t super hard But I had to remember the right way to move I do a lot of extra movements and that makes me tired fast Today I played again We used the big field this time and it was way harder We practiced hitting the ball and a bit of serving at the end I got more tired today because there s more running and u need to move fast and follow the ball everywhere I got tired but I still feel the same I really liked it It s such a cool way to let the body relax I ll keep learning keep going and filming content
