Recovering from a freak accident I was loading up a car to move for a buddy second photo all loaded I forgot I had only put one ramp away and while I was trying to untangle the wheel strap I tripped over the ramp that was out I hit my face really hard into asphalt I broke my favorite glasses 4th photo I have some bruises a busted eyebrow and the worst thing I have a concussion Any suggestions on things to help with migraines due to a concussion Currently doing Tylenol every 8hrs Ibuprofen every 8hrs 4 hours apart from Tylenol Ice packs Sunglasses 5th photo with my rx anytime I m outside Lots of water 80 oz day Gatorade 1 per day body armor 1 per day Liquid i v 1 per day I have a doctors appointment on Wednesday Hopefully I ll get some advice from my doctor to help me Thank you all for your help and support
