It is amazing how a little self-care self-movement self-love self-maintenance can make a HUGE difference in how one feels There are days where I feel tired worn-out disgusted impatient and just OVER being human Then I realize that the sun will come out again The mere act of DOING or MOVING can drastically change how we perceive reality It is quite astonishing how powerful WE truly are GET MOVING MOVE YOUR BODY CRACK A SMILE Changing a frown into a smile and seeing what happens Can you instead of changing your mind about your body can you change your body about your mind The answer to that is yes -Joanne Avison
