Day 3 I ve been doing gymnastics since I was in high school It s even hard to remember when my mom first took me to these classes But I definitely remember that I met a lot of good friends there And learned how to keep my body in good shape I m sure that gymnastics is the sport where your back won t hurt until you re old A bit later I also started to do dancing and choreography It s a related field and it was interesting to me too I am training a new generation of gymnasts and dancers And it gives me great pleasure to pass on my skills and knowledge to them I believe in them that they can achieve outstanding athletic achievements I give private lessons three times a week separating them from my personal training sessions So kitties don t feel bad if I don t respond to you instantly I just might have been busy I know a lot of my fans work hard physically So for you my kitties here is a simple but effective exercise to keep your back from hurting It s called Cat - Cow Stand on all fours Palms strictly under your shoulders knees under your hips Breathe in Slowly bend at the waist belly pulling toward the floor The chest and tailbone are tending upward The gaze is directed slightly upward do not crane the neck Exhale Slowly round your back pushing your arms off the floor The spine arches upward Keep your chin pressed against your chest looking at your abdomen Repeat this 10-15 times smoothly without sudden movements Repeating this exercise every day will help your back to stay toned I believe it will help you Love you all I hope for your support
