Huge thanks for all the love and support I had my biceps tendon reattachment surgery yesterday Thursday July 3 and everything went smooth I ll be seeing my orthopedic surgeon in 2 weeks for a follow-up If all goes well I ll be back to lifting upper body arms with light weights in about 3 5 months Will keep you all posted
