The older I get the more challenging The Murph is but as long as I am physically able I will honor LT Murphy every Memorial Day by completing it to the best of my ability This year my time wasn t my best but I think I did ok for a 44 year old woman 2025 Murph time gt 1 41 25 Please keep in mind the pics video was taken after this workout so I was smoked My form isn t the greatest since my body was beyond muscle failure
