I know it s not the usual type of content you see here But I m super proud of getting back into fitness especially working on cardio I ve been scared of running because I keep focusing on the difference in my body now and what I could do while I was in the military And it really takes a hit to my mental health so honestly I just never tried I focused only on strength training because Well that s what I m good at so it s easy wins So this week I finally got over it and tried I m not passing any PT tests right now and I m taking it slow But I felt a little less broken today and that s a huge win for sure paying for this one tomorrow though lol
