I was almost to the point of tears at work Just so overwhelmed at work Between the audit now I have to write a remediation plan some new policies notified tha I have to do an analysis of inventory turnover for previous 5 years and answer why s Not to mention financials due in a couple days then today I was informed I need to provide sales info per customer per state due end of week All that and the woman that does the daily accounting activities I seriously don t think she has the mental capacity to do the job at the level and accuracy that s required I ve explained how to do things many times over I ll provide detailed instructions of how to do something only to be inundated with questions that if she just read carefully was fully explained not to mention she s done similar things that if thought was put into it someone could figure it out on their own I just can t take it any more I started blasting her with emails for things that should have been done that wasn t followed up and deadlines missed I started cc ing the boss on the emails I absolutely hate doing that to someone but she s been doing this job a year now I m not a micromanager I refuse to I feel your an adult I gave you the info of when things need to get done you should be an adult and get it done Tho I spent most of the weekend working I did get in some water time with Mickey And was able to meal prep and have stuff to freeze Hope your weekend was much less stressful Oh and corporate big wigs are coming for next 2 weeks I have no time to relax I have over 300 hrs of comp time I need some time off For now just need sleep and would love some physical attention
