Hey so life s been busy new job yay but I wanted to photo dump some stuff that I took when I thought of y all the last few days sry for duplicates Thank you for your support throughout the years I ve started lifting again My current weight is 242 id like to see myself shoot for 245-250 but with muscle and lard sometime in the next 6 months I know it s not a HUGE goal but I want to see some long term GROWTH y all keep me motivated
