I will admit my belly is shrinking a bit but I ve maintained weight and added some too My goal is to stay round and really fill out with more muscle Looking back Ive realized my 255 goal was easy to hit in just 2 months Moving forward 265 will be the goal over the next 2 months Trusting the process can be hard sometimes but it s the first time I ve attempted to do this clean I want to respect my body but I can t lie- it s hot when I pig out on a pizza The shakes I ve been making are packed with extra peanut butter and strawberry jam and I ve been craving them a lot I ve finally tweaked my diet to feel good and still maintain the gain My workouts have started to become a push to maximum so my body is begging for fuel Im having about 5 meals a day with 1-2 shakes My sleep is great too My deep sleep is the primary state I ve been monitoring steadily for a few months now It s the sweet spot for growth Good signs all around and I think I m managing pretty well I ve had a few attempts in the past to go all in with this gig but let other things get in the way of having fun and admittedly I ve dropped the ball quite a bit I m managing this on my own and have never paid someone to run my page for me and I intend to continue running things like this I take pride in it and hope that this gaining journey with y all is as fulfilling for you as it is for me I appreciate your patience and understanding if I don t respond right away or can t fulfill a private request I love when y all message me and get kinky and it s nice seeing a bunch of familiar faces again Don t be shy Feel free to introduce yourself and let me know what you like Again thank you for the support Time for a late lunch I m thinking tacos and guac TLDR Belly pls don t leave me New goal 265 GAINZ Sorry Thank you
