Today I took a step towards a healthy lifestyle and went for a run The workout was intense but I could feel every muscle in my body working getting stronger and healthier The support of the trainer and the atmosphere of the stadium helped me overcome my fatigue and make it to the end of the workout I felt full of energy and invigorated after the workout It was a really great start to the day and I realized that sports are not only good for the body but also for the soul I m already looking forward to my next workout to get even stronger
