Been working out a LOT lately - and trying really hard to eat healthy and generally take care of myself building good habits like meditating walking at least 7 500 steps a day etc I wouldn t say all my life problems and stress are fixed but implementing these things into my life has been really good for my mental health and while I still have a way to go with my weight loss target I feel like I ve gotten a litttleee bit stronger too The only thing I m struggling with now is TIME I realize how privileged it really is for people who are able to always do this consistently For me making my own healthy meals exercising going out and walking a lot as well as other things like finding time to read books and such It all takes up SO MUCH of my day I ve even been waking up in the mornings much earlier than I used to and I still feel like I quickly run out of time for anything else Self care really feels like a full time job in a sense I m struggling to figure out how to create a work life balance with all these things By the time I get home from going places to do my walks or workouts I have to cook dinner then it gets late and I need to sleep by a reasonable hour to fix my sleep schedule and im just like wow where does the time go I m trying to find more ways to balance my time so that I can also return to work full time while still keeping up with my habits It s tricky How does one work full time still get 8 hours of sleep still have time to walk for 1-2 hours and workout several hours a week cook AND have time to maintain household things like cleaning reading books etc I ve also had basically no leisure time for gaming or anything either still have yet to play FF7 rebirth Hopefully I can figure this out soon I wanna post here more
