Hi guys A little update for anyone who cares abt such things I have my meds back and I m feeling much much much better Yay Still kinda catching up on quality sleep but feeling so much fucking better already nonetheless It can be extremely difficult for me to sleep when I don t have my anxiety meds Boo Yuck Take care of yourself y all If you wake up feeling worse than when you went to sleep or if you just in general feel fucking bad or sad that s not smth you have to put up with Though admittedly figuring out exactly what kinda help you need can be at least as stressful And then there s accessing said help Oh the human condition Oh the sentience
