It s third day of my extended vacation I can t say it s boring I have so many things to do today I recorded yoga Nidra session for my Russian friends and hope to make one for you guys I did my morning yoga practice then I walked in garden zig zags 2km by the way I also found 15 min for high intensity workout which made me sweaty in this conditions it s kind of hard to get sweaty as it s cold I finished 3d season of Crown Meanwhile I m away from all social media and news as they make me anxious and give me panic attacks which I ve never used to experience before The weather is beautiful and I m trying to find positivity in every little thing around I know this all probably sounds boring to you but it s reality of life and I live with hope I ll have chance to come back home after quarantine of course I miss my family there
