good morning afternoon evening whatever fits the time zone you re in I ve never been much of a morning person but I loveeee a slow morning coffee my family has a daily tradition that we refer to as coffee time where we sit together drink our coffee and be present with each other this is always my fav part of the day no phones no distractions just us letting our words flow over coffee I ve carried the coffee time tradition into my life outside of my family and make it a priority to start my day by spending quality time with myself it s always special if I get to share that quality time with someone else too
