Today was the last hard sparring of my training camp We are finally on to fight week I ll only do one 45 minute shakeout a day for the next week and the rest of the time is to relax and recover On Fridays I come to the ocean to deposit all of the hard work and stress back in to the water It s cold but to me it s better than an ice bath Thank you all for the love and support as Im headed for this title fight it means so much to me
