Alright let s get real If your looking for porn skip to the next post although there are some nudes in here Last year fucking sucked If you ve been with me for a while you know that but to sum it up my family had a lot of job turnover several hospitalizations a rough bout with covid followed immediately with a stomach bug a pair of funerals and just the day to day grind of living with three younger kids while working 2 5 jobs That led to some crippling anxiety and depression for all of us Yeah it was kinda a lot We had our ups to though A lovely vacation to the hot springs A couple new friends Some great completed projects around the house and I completed a half marathon and started this page So it wasn t all for nothing but I ve been in a fucking rute for the last six months going from high to low at the drop of a hat So to help get things going again I registered for another half marathon and you ll be along for the ride I ll give you weekly updates and some post run pics both naughty and nice Having goals helps me tremendously so in excited to make this one So long story short I ran my first longer run of the year and for the little amount of running I ve done this year it went amazing I improved every mile and topped out at 8 36 on mile four out of five I need to stay eating drinking and sleeping better but this is good motivation Here is the step down and some pics to note where I started If you ve made it this far please comment good luck James down below and I ll send you a gift for being a kind person and reading through my story
