My favorite healthy-ish but yummy easy breakfast I have it at least 3 times a week so I had to demonstrate it the other easy to do in any modified way 1 or 2 slices of toast I use my gluten free wholegrain chia lightly buttered with a light layer of mayo 1-2 eggs whisked with sea salt 1 4 tsp pepper and the secret ingredient 1 4 tsp onion powder 1-2 slices of smoked gouda cheese non dairy ie daiya or regular dairy monterey jack or even white cheddar could substitute or anything smoked - my nondairy smoked gouda is my favorite 1-2 slices black forest ham optional usually I do without but that weekend morning called for an extra treat Scramble eggs in your favorite butter top onto the buttered mayo toast add your ham if using that and lastly your cheese slice one on each toast heat in microwave toaster oven or even on broil for 1-4 minutes depending on device used until melted Enjoy
