I realized fully this weekend that I ve hit a funk dealing with my lower back putting off chiro appointments all summer and not working out because well all the excuses weddings to cater extra shifts at work traveling a new baby etc I quit posting content quit getting dolled up just let myself get into a reclusive mundane rut and I don t like it Two workouts in this weekend and scheduling a chiro appointment ASAP Check out this wonderful roast Beau made for dinner I made some fresh wheat rolls to go with it but forgot to snap a pic
