Progress - sometimes progress means to go back a step Since I was able to do the split with one leg I now practiced the other leg even more intense because I want to learn all 3 splits not just one and so now Im not anymore down to the ground but almost with both splits I m not angry about it It s just how progress works- sometimes you have to go a step back to come even further with a jump forward instead
