I hesitate to say anything definitive but I really feel like I ve made a 90 recovery so far For those unaware I ve dealt with post-surgery issues including very poor breathing nose feeling too open panic attacks anxiety depression disrupted sleep and more since mid-July Waking up in the middle of the night and not being able to detect air coming in your nose is terrifying However the trend in my recovery has been overwhelmingly positive lately and I believe I m nearly fully recovered I ll be spending some more time up in NY with my family for the time being but I plan on getting back into the full swing of content creation soon I just want to make sure the good feelings STICK and aren t just a few good days Obviously during this time my physique has taken a hit and therefore my confidence As I rebuild my health I ll be getting back to sports and lifting weights I hope you guys enjoy watching this rebuild phase as I become my best self Here s a video of me getting some fresh air and being active and symptom-free for the first time in weeks and weeks
