Gettin it and gettin sweaty Did you know that one of my training camps I tore both of my quads while running sprints after a hard practice I couldn t pull out of the fight but I couldn t run anymore so I had to do all of my cardio and weight cut over jump rope My legs would allow me to bounce but not stride I had to do 45 minutes twice a day with a 2 lb jump rope if you ve ever done this you know how hard it is It was the only way I could let my thighs heal while still getting ready for the fight The silver lining is that now I can still go forever on a jump rope I mess up here and there but gets the job done
