Conditioning to finish off the strength training I normally always end my weight lifting days with some conditioning My S amp C days are not meant to over work me because I also have other training sessions throughout the week and sometimes a few hours after s amp c I always hated going to S amp C before practices when the coach would freaken kill us Literally nothing left for solid technical training focus all gone because your brain is zapped it s just not practical rant over lol
