Legday and we are trying to lower rep ranges and increase intensity It s been like 3 years since I last squatted heavy but strength is still good and I did 3 sets with 120 kg My brain has to be adjusted again for those heavier loads but I m satisfied with todays session We also did RDL with a top set with 150 kg Bulgarian split squat and glute drive before burning of the quads hams and calves in the machines I m excited to see what progress we will make the next couple of months and hopefully grow some bigger legs cause one can never get too big legs
