Why do you take a few days a month and just zone out if you don t know a nurse let me explain We are overwhelmed overworked and just exhausted When I get to the end of my rope I shut down for a few days It don t happen often Maybe once every few months but as it just happened I ll tell you all about it I do take stuff for it and I get into my head that I can just drop it but that is untrue I m just not me without it I feel like it makes me lesser of a person and I don t tell a lot of people about it but it s important to know if you are going through bull shit we all are It s how you come out of it that matters Take the time to make you mentally yourself whether it s a crazy freak like me or an introvert Just be you xoxox I wish weeed was legal for nurses to just chill haha
