I went swimming on Thanksgiving The air was pretty nice sunny and at least 50 degrees or so The water was absolutely frigid I still had covid and I thought this might make me feel better I almost never regret a cold plunge Well at least not after the first 20 minutes after getting out lol I think we re starting a new yearly tradition
