So today I was driving to a park with waterfalls for hiking I have only been there in the summer It started raining on the drive and it was 41 I wasn t thrilled with the weather especially for any kind of content but I was determined to go anyway The temperature started dropping until it was 37 Then I started seeing leftover snow from last week It s all melted where I live Pretty soon a few patches of snow became fields of snow and the temp kept dropping until it reached 31 I pulled over a few miles from the hiking spot to tromp through the snow And then the rainy mixture turned into big flakes and I found myself accidentally in the middle of a snowstorm It was freaking awesome and so beautiful I only stayed for 20 minutes though because I didn t trust the roads and I don t actually know how to drive in ice or snow Y all know I grew up in Florida Thankfully I made it out of there safely and a few miles down the road it went back to rain and I even saw the sun Just from a change in elevation Crazy So no hiking happened today but what a wonderful adventure And if you re wondering if I got fully naked yes yes I did So show this post some love and I ll post that video too
