5 min of ASMR ocean video that I shot for you this morning This is one of my favorite spots to go and you ll soon see why I hope it brings you the peace it brings me Perhaps watch it outdoors with the air on your skin and the sun s warmth upon you Let yourself zone out and into the sounds and motion It s an incredibly soothing place to go I find myself sitting there after I have coffee and do my quail work I always tell myself I will just sit for 10-15 minutes Time goes by so peacefully and perfectly there that I don t realize I spend closer to 40 minutes until I get back to the truck It s good for me though a good way to spend a bit of my morning Good for my soul good for my peace of mind
