Hi guys I m back from such a beautiful vacation I had a day full of dance classes today and sadly didn t get any footage of them but wanted to share this clip of me improv dancing from a bit ago Here I was really just letting go no set choreography and was dancing improvisation which means just whatever comes to mind that s how I move When I do improv I tend to give myself many different tasks to see the different ways my body will go I felt with this French music it was leading me in so many different paths which I absolutely loved Music indicates how I move a lot of the time Hope you guys have a great Thursday
