Today I prioritized pole practice before other work play I need to do this more often It s amazing what some dedicated time to your craft can do I m including 3 videos so you can come along on this journey with me I learned this lovely combination in exotic class yesterday I think it s the longest choreography I ve learned in pole dancing The 1st video is near the beginning of my practice today I was still stumbling through the moves and I hadn t even made it through the whole combination yet If you see my mouth moving that s me talking myself through the moves I guess it s part of my process The 2nd video is almost an hour of practice later I made it through the whole sequence and I think it looks much smoother And the last video is even later when I had nailed it a little more I m guessing maybe you ve seen some pole dancing before Maybe in a strip club or on Instagram Did you think it took this much time to learn I always admired the art form but now I truly know the work load it requires Just as with any other skill I ll have to put in the time to flourish Thank you juicymagick for the heels I love them and they re just what I needed Hopefully my neighbors don t hate me but a girl s got to practice We ll just have to see P S Any Stranger Things fans here After watching the new season I can t get this song out of my mind What do you do when a song is stuck inside you I play it over and over sing along with it and dance to it I connect more deeply with it
