long days of travel are made easier with a little stop for self admiration in the airplane lavatory I m sorry I ve been slow to post here the last couple days I had a realization yesterday that I need to give myself more opportunity to slow down disconnect and be present I d say I m pretty good at maintaining presence most of the time but that s harder to do when I m exhausted from jumping time zones ever week I m heading home to my family in ohio for a bit normally I m not super thrilled about being in ohio but I m actually really excited to have some down time and re-ground myself with the people that I love the most the last month of travel has been incredible I m so proud of myself for having the boldness to roam and I m so thankful for all of you who make this lifestyle possible for me through your love and support
