Hey everyone I wanted to do a quick page update as it s been a while and we ve got lots to update you on I Rae am going away for work for a couple of weeks J will be active on the page as I am unable to be we ve still got content scheduled for when I m away but we may miss a day or two a week thank you for your understanding in advance I can t wait to update you all when i m back Yesterday was also our OF anniversary So a huge thank you to everyone that has supported us for the last year As soon as I m back we re also making a few changes to our page including replacing throwback thursday We re so excited to show you what we have in store You may have noticed that our weekly full length video has been moved to being posted on Friday s now- please let us know what you think to this Anyway I think that s mostly everything covered I hope you re having a great weekend and I promise we ll speak again soon
