It takes time to make changes To transform an action into a habit it can take several weeks to as long as nearly an entire year Once something becomes a habit the work has still just begun The next step requires maintaining consistency Rome wasn t built in a day but once it was finished it became an architectural legend and renowned landmark destination I don t have 800 years to work on myself but you get my point I m starting to see small improvements in my physique from adding weights and traditional gym workouts to complement my riding and climbing fitness My strength is improving with me being able to do more consecutive pull ups deeper lunges higher weights on the squat rack etc Now I am not expecting to ever be as impressive as Rome but I am implying I will never finish eating the elephant unless I keep taking one bite at a time Dream by dream we envision the ways we want to change change by change we work towards a goal and goal by goal we can get to wherever we dreamed to go
